NO MASK ENFOCEMENT
After calling to see if they enforced the mask regulation, and assured that they did, I decided to take my wife out for Valentine's Day. While sitting there eating, I personally asked 3 people at the buffet to put on THERE MASK... On the third I was through, WE LEFT... We will NOT go back again. NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO ENDANGER MY WIFE OR MINE HEATH AND WELFARE. WEAR A MASK!!!!!

This is a Complaint! We were in the Gallatin location monday night(9\29\14). We arrived at 840 pm after checking online and seeing that you close at 10. We were the only customers there. My husband and I went to the bar one time, I got a bowl of soup to start, planning on going back for more of course, it is a buffet! As soon as we got back to sit down(8:45),the workers started taking food off the bar. We werenever even asked if we wanted any more! My husband went to the sushi bar and asked if we could get some and she said there was no more. This was before 9! I walked to the door to see the hours and the door said 930 closing time. I voiced my opinion to the only english speaking employee and told her I wasnt paying for a bowl of soup. The only other person that understood english was a young boy who was playing video games in the dining room(so unprofessional.) They turned 2 customers away at 919 also. If your employees are in such a hurry to leave early, you should consider getting new employees. Customer service is definitely not their main concern. If closing time is in fact 930, then that should be the time that customers stop coming in. Not the time the employees leave. Patrons who come in late should have the same items to choose from and should not get less value for the same price. Ridiculous way to run a business. When I asked for a manager, I was told "not tonight" so no one was even in charge? No wonder this incident happened!

Worst night ever.hi I'm Krystal I've been a very loyal customer for a long time And tonight was the worst customer service that I've ever experienced in a restaurant in my life.more than likely i will not be back.
